Neodymium Ring Magnets is also called rare earth permanent magnet or strong rare earth magnets, which consists of  rare earth elements Neodymium (Nd), iron (Fe), and boron (B). The main raw materials include neodymium about 30%, iron about 65%, non-metallic element boron about 1%. magnetic properties can be divided into different levels about its maximum energy related to the magnetic flux output. Like NdFeB magnet, it has international classification chart, which mentioned exact parameters for Remanence(Br), Coercivity(Hcj),Maximum Energy product(BHmax) and working temperature(C°) etc. The ordinary grades of sintered NdFeB magnets have: N33-N52,N35M-N48M,N33H-N46H,N33SH-N44SH,N30UH-N38UH,N30EH-N35EH etc. All these magnetic grades can be tested  to tell whether the Neodymium magnets were made in right quality or not, usually a standard testing report about magnetic property test will be provided before shipment for customer.

 

Manufacturing Process
Sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material is made by powder metallurgy process. The melted alloy is made into powder and pressed into pressed embryo in magnetic field. The pressed embryo is sintered in vacuum to achieve densification. In order to improve the coercivity of magnet, further heat treatment is usually required.

Each type of product is divided into several grades according to the maximum magnetic energy product:
N35-N52,N35M-N50M,N30H-N48H,N30SH-N45SH,N28UH-N35UH,N28EH-N35EH

Main Magnetic Properties
Including remanence (BR), magnetic polarization, coercivity (intrinsic coercivity) (Hcj), magnetic induction, coercivity (HCB), and maximum magnetic energy product ((BH) max) of permanent magnet materials.
