Ningbo Xiaosheng Magnetics Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer for Neodymium(NdFeB) magnets and magnetic assemblies in China since 2007, we mainly provide magnetic product solutions for our clients. We help our clients to reduce their business cost and increase their market competition force.

Firstly, we manufacture high quality custom-made sintered Nedoymium(NdFeB) Magnets in Ningbo, China since 2007and this is our basic business. The main grades for NdFeB magnets include from N35 to N52, N35M to N50M, N35H to N48H, N33SH to N45SH, N33UH to N42UH & N30EH to N38EH. The maximum working temperature can be 80º C, 100º C, 120º C, 150º C, 180º C and 200º C. The ordinary coatings have NiCuNi, Zinc(3+Cr) and Epoxy etc. The main applications of NdFeB magnets include: Motors, speakers, computers, cars, wind generators, MRI, magnetic devices and separators, toys, crafts and gifts, gift box, cosmetic box and other packaging boxes etc. Secondly, we also manufacture & develop all kinds of magnetic assemblies, such as badge magnets, shuttering magnets, pot magnets and magnetic tools. This is our main business. Finally, we also supply other permanent magnets like ferrite magnets, SmCo magnets, AlNiCo magnets and rubber magnets, this is our complementary business. We obey strict quality management systems ISO9001: 2015 and do inspection more strictly than customer′s order request and we start our respect from raw material purchasing to finished products and every production process will be inspected and there are different persons who will be responsible for different processes. All magnetic products we make are RoHS & REACH complicant without harmful materials. Currently we use the main testing equipment include Magnetic Property Test Machine, fluxmeter, gauss meter, Salt Spray Test Machine, Coating Thickness Testing Device, projector, inside micrometer, outside micrometer, Vernier calipers and go-no go gauge and hardness testing device etc.
